As soon as your order ships, we'll send you an email with the shipping and tracking information. Using the tracking number(s) provided, you can track your order by visiting the carrier's website. If you still have questions, feel free to contact us.
Can I edit/cancel my order or change my address?
Although we’re unable to edit the contents of your order after it’s been placed, we can often help you edit your shipping address or cancel your order completely depending on how far along your order is in the packaging process.

We have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Exceptions:
- Gear that has been used, altered, washed, damaged, or is missing the original packaging is non-returnable. This includes gear that has been damaged by dog chewy.
- For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of dog diapers, toys or carriers.
- We cannot be held responsible for customers ordering the wrong product(s) or for any other reasons not related to quality problems. In such cases, you will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the return back to us.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@bellanpal.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Please note, unless there is a product quality issue, all products are only allowed to be exchanged or returned once per each order. And we only accept returns / exchanges if the returned / exchanged Products do not belong to the "Exceptions” described above.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take 3-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
For non-quality-related returns, the shipping cost of the return will be borne by the buyer (payment on receipt is not supported). Please note that any shipping costs will not be refunded. For quality-related returns, a refund or reissue of the product will be given at BELLA & PAL's discretion.
